Event Terms & Conditions *

- MOBILE DJs requires a credit card on file for any event reservation. - MOBILE DJs also requires a deposit of 50% of the total amount BEFORE the event. - The remaining balance will be paid in full on the day of the event. ✳️ Deposit Payment must be processed with a Credit Card. Upon request, we may allow a Check or Cashier Check. ✳️ Your card will NOT be charged for the deposit at this time. ✳️ There is a $100 LATE FEE for booking an event with 48 HOURS or less until the START OF THE EVENT. ✳️ If more time is requested DURING the course of your actual event, there will be a $50/hr surcharge to the hourly rate. - MOBILE DJs is not responsible for any accidents that might occur during an event. If any equipment is damaged during an event, even due to the actions of a guest, the customer is to be held responsible for all damage charges. - MOBILE DJs reserves the right to record any segment of an event for editing and promotional purposes (Video and/or Audio). - AFTER ANY EVENT, if the payment has still not been received, the PAST DUE BALANCE will be charged to the Credit Card on file 24 HOURS AFTER THE EVENT DATE. - All Agreements are Final. - HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE!
